Basic submission fee
Inclusion in the RioBrand Intellectual
Property repository for one year costs £250 (approximately
$350) per brand submission. Basic submission includes:
- all brand description details and brand image
- classification in up to 2 geographical regions,
and any number of specific countries within those 2 regions
- classification in up to 5 classes of goods and
services
Additional fees
Additional fees are calculated during the
brand description and classification steps, depending on the options
you select.
- Classification in up to 5 further classes of
goods and services:
- £50 (approximately $70) per set of up to 5 classes
- Classification in one additional region:
- £50 (approximately $70) per region
- Classification as a global brand:
- £300 (approximately $420)
Renewal fee
Annual renewal of brand details costs £50
(approximately $70) per brand submission.

Brands for License repository
Submission fee
Inclusion in the RioBrand Brands for
License repository for one year costs £250 (approximately
$350) per brand submission.
Renewal fee
Annual renewal of brand details costs £50
(approximately $70) per brand submission.

Payment methods
You may pay in one of two ways:
- by secure credit card transaction
- by invoice
A brand will not appear in any search results until
we have received payment of the relevant fee. But you will have
access to the brand amendment features for your brand from the moment
you complete the brand upload process. We calculate your year's
inclusion in the repository from the date we make the brand visible
to searchers.
These prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Payment can be made in GBP(£), USD($) or EUROs(€)
